I'm looking to rent my spare room to someone friendly, who leaves the shared areas clean and tidy as they find it for them.
I'm happy socialising or respecting privacy, I understand some people enjoy their own company.
For anyone like myself not from the Midlands.. It's 2 roads away and a 5min walk to the centre, 10min easy walk to the train station.
Birmingham and leamington are also really easy to get to and the train takes you into the centre of both (this is where I go out/socialise!)

-Parking is available
-TV aerial in room.
-Coded bedroom door lock
-New orthopaedic bed with full under bed storage.
-Heated clothes airer to dry washing
-Iron and ironing board
-Half the fridge, half the freezer, half the kitchen cupboards
-1 hall way cupboards, for extra storage if required
-Lots of supermarkets in walking distance
