I have a lovely room in my rented three bed house that will be free from next month as my housemate is going back home.
The second room is my room, which I will leave for one month as I am going home. However, you can move in from the 29th and till the 2nd of july, and pay only one month rent.

The rooms are both double rooms, really spacious and nice, with a lovely view and both upstairs. They are both fully furnished and have everything you need. The bathroom is upstairs, so really practical; and we also have a toilet downstairs.
The house is equipped with all the amenities, lovely new fridge and cooker and a lovely spacious garden.
We are quite particular about cleanliness and we want someone who respects that.
The area is really nice and quiet, nice neighbors and local supermarket is just 3 minutes away.
It is available on a contract for 3 months, but can be renewed after that for a longer period.
