We are very relaxed, happy, positive and respectful, We tend to share the chores on a rota basis ,we like to keep the house clean and tidy, and help each other when we can.
Security and privacy are important to us, although we are very sociable and informal.
we have a small very sociable dog and a 2 cats. large sunny garden not overlooked and plenty of off road parking.
We are situated very close to all you would need inc, shops @ cannon park and Tesco, pubs, bus stop, and the rail station all within a realistic 2 min walk. bill's inc.
Warwick uni campus is approx 15 mins walk or 5-10 by shuttle bus.
