a room has become available in a friendly female house share in the popular area of new Stoke village. The property has only recently been built and the kitchen and bathroom are brand new so very reliable.

The current tenant is friendly, tidy and happy to share a chat over a glass of pimms. She is keen to meet potential tenants to find someone she can sociably live alongside.

Location wise, the house is close to the city centre but also close to links for the m1, m6 and a46. There is a garden and assigned parking infront of the house, off road. The house also has broadband and a communal TV. The neighbours are also lovely so look forward to sharing vegetables and bbqs in the back garden over the summer.
