Beautiful brand new secluded apartment block surrounded by fields, with recent (and very cool) interior décor/furnishing! There is plenty of space for resident parking, with local shops and a pub (which does great food) just a 5 minute walk away.

In addition, Tile Hill train station is very nearby which has a direct line to Birmingham (very handy for commuters). For students it's just a 15 minute cycle ride into the University of Warwick.

You'll be sharing with me, a 26 year old post-grad student at Warwick. I love eating, meeting new people, jamming on the guitar, playing any kind of sport, getting out and about and exploring/discovering new things, as well as just chilling out with friends and watching a good film.
