Spacious, comfortable and bright room to rent in friendly house a 5 minute walk from Coventry City Centre, for an easy walk into town, local shops and also the national rail station.

Jaguar Landrover is also a short drive away, and Warwick university is a very short journey by bus or bike.

We are professionals seeking to rent the 4th room in the house. We are a laid back and relatively quiet but sociable house and are looking for someone who values their living environment and enjoys chatting and laughing in the kitchen/lounge but also respects each other's need for space.

The room is a good-sized double, facing out onto the garden. There are two recently refurbished bathrooms and an additional separate toilet.

Bills are included and we even have filtered water on tap.
