Double-room, use of own shower-room, bills inc.

THE HOUSE: It is a spacious 3 bed house, with a large kitchen/diner (with dishwasher),a downstairs shower room, a large living/dining room, and upstairs are 3 double bedrooms and a large bathroom. There is also a garden, and plenty of on-road parking. All bills are included, including Sky TV and broadband subscription (and if you want to pay the difference, we are happy to put multi room in for you).

THE ROOM: The room is a double, recently decorated and fully furnished with double bed, fitted wardrobes, full length mirror, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

THE LOCATION: Close to Morrisons, the City Centre and the A45.

THE CURRENT OCCUPANTS: We are a young professional couple and this is our home. We are sociable and easy going.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Would suit friendly working professional, or post-graduate student. We are happy to share our communal space but equally there will be no pressure to have awkward social conversations because we are respectful that you might want your evenings to yourself.

OTHER INFO: We have a cleaner who comes in at least fortnightly.
