I have a room which I am looking to rent out in a lovely 2 bed terrace house in Cheylesmore, Coventry.

Room includes a divan double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and cabinet.

Shared bathroom with bath and shower, cosy living room and spacious kitchen/diner with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. Modern furniture throughout and on street parking.

House is located in a friendly and quiet street with a 10 minute walk to the train station and city centre. It is also close to JLR and there are local shops only a couple of minutes walk away which includes a brand new Asda.

I'm 30 years old and work full time Monday to Friday. I am easy going, friendly and outgoing so get on with most people. Due to work commitments I tend to lead a quiet life during the week as working in Birmingham calls for early starts and my job can be quite demanding. At the weekends I enjoy seeing friends, going for meals, running, the cinema, the pub and I enjoy the odd night out too. I cook, although mainly veggie food, am respectful of others and like to keep the house tidy.

Room is available now and I would also consider short term and weekday only lettings.
