Double furnished room

Hi,

I have a double room to rent in my two bedroomed house. The room is furnished with a double bed , drawers and wardrobe.

The house is a traditional two up two down with 2 living rooms downstairs, kitchen and bathroom. 2 double bedrooms upstairs. I have the usual utilities, washing machine etc.

I'm a really easy going person and I'm more than happy for you to treat the house as if it were your own. I'm quite into my fitness and am out a few evenings of the week dancing. I've passed the crazy party phase of life and you can expect a peaceful house. However you are free to do as you wish (within reason)!
