This house is rentable to both students and/or professionals sharing and can be rented as a whole or if you are interested in a room, a group can be put together

I have recently moved due to a job but I lived in this house before that and so made sure it was as comfortable as possible.

This is a 4 bed house with one bathroom, good strong shower over a bathtub.

There are 2 big double rooms upstairs with builtin wardrobes and very comfortable double beds, desk and chair. There is also a smaller room upstairs with enough room for a single bed, a wardrobe, desk, shelves and chair.

Downstairs are two rooms and the kitchen. This includes the largest double room furnished similarly to the other rooms, as well as a good sized living room over looking the patio and garden. A single garage is located at the end of the garden

Each bedroom has a lock for privacy and thumbturn locks from the inside so that you can't lock yourself in.

The good sized kitchen contains an impressive gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

A new boiler was put in a couple of years ago and since it is a combi boiler, heating and hot water on demand should not be a problem.

The house has good transport links within walking distance:
• 7 minutes to city centre (by number 15 bus)
• 10 minutes to Warwick University campus by bus – 801
• 9a/801 bus to university hospital (UHCW) – 6 miles, 15mins drive
• 16/x17 bus to warwick hospital – 8 miles, 15 min drive
• George Elliot hospital – 10miles, 20min drive
• There are also easy and quick cycling routes.
Nearby (approx 10 metres away) is a pharmacist (closes at 10pm), small shop (open 6am-10pm)
