A 3 bedroom house 2 minutes walking distance from university library and 5 minutes walking distance from the other university buildings. The house is being renovated, there will be new paint job, new carpets and new furniture. The room is a spacious single, but it can easily fit a double bed too, which the landlord is happy to supply. The 2 students to share the house with are masters students so they know the town and university, they are quiet and non problematic.
