Hi, I have a furnished, double bedroom available in a three-bed terraced house.
I am easy going, clean and tidy and would be looking for a housemate who respects my privacy but is also open to sharing meals or a glass of wine on occasions. You would have full access to the rest of the house, and garden. There is no private parking but there are always spaces available at the front of the house or just around the corner. There is a large kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and oven. The house has a shared upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet. I am looking for a friendly, tidy and easy-going person to rent the room to.
I have one pet - a friendly black and white cat.
Close proximity to the A45 and only a 5-10-minute drive to Coventry city centre.
I am also happy to consider renting the room Monday through to Friday.
