A very large spacious room 5 minute stroll from Coventry city centre, price includes all bills, water, electric, tv licence, council tax and broad band. The flat is on the second floor and has a fob entry, quiet neighbours and currently no children on the floor.

The room is furnished with television, sofa, single bed, small dining table with two chairs, single bed and wardrobe.

Shared use of kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The flat is empty most days and some nights due to my work commitments.

I am a part time occupational therapy student and work full time as a support worker so as I am hardly around I am looking for someone to share with.
