House mates required for 2 single rooms

The house is situated in Canon Park, very close to the Tesco and the Canon Park shopping centre. Its a ten minute walk to the University of Warwick Library. The house has a double bedroom which is occupied by me and two single rooms are for let for GBP 350 per month each inclusive of wifi. OR A person could occupy two single rooms for GBP 550. There are two toilets which are detached from all the rooms of the house. Upstairs a toilet with bathing space (shower) and downstairs there is only a toilet with no bathing space. Utility bills(gas/water/electricity/cl eaning services) not included. The house is fully furnished with modular kitchen with all appliances from forks/knives/plates/spoons etc to toaster, microwave, kettle, washing machine. There is a 4 seater dining table. Desks and chairs can be provided with the rooms if required. Photos of the house available on request.
