I am an owner of a newly built coach house in the Stoke area of Coventry (South) and have a lovely NEWLY DECORATED single room available to rent. Single bed, an airing cupboard with hanging rail and space for bag. I also have a desk in the room.

The coach house has a shared clean bathroom, together with kitchen diner, garage and wifi. All bills included in this property.

I don't mind if you smoke as long it is not in the property! No pets!
