Ideal for JLR - one month let

I'm looking for a lodger to rent my spare room in Coventry for 1 month (until November 6th). It is 1. 2 miles (15-20 minute walk) from JLR Whitley and around 1 mile to the coach stop for Gaydon. It is also walking distance to Binley industrial estate, there are good bus links to town and the university.

The house is very close to the A45 and the A46. It has a large garden that gets a lot of sun, conservatory, lawn, pond. A large kitchen with a dishwasher + washing machine, and an office. It also has parking in the back garden, and a small drive in the front. Dell close is a very quiet cul de sac.

The bed is a full size double with a memory foam mattress, the room also has a chest of drawers and a large built in wardrobe.

I will be a live in landlord for the month before the entire property will be let through a letting agent, as such I need the property vacant on the 6th/7th November.

Broadband is BT infinity, 40Mb, unlimited. Mobile data is great, 4G on Vodafone.

Rent is £550 inclusive of all bills.
