Room to rent in Bannerbrook.

I would like to rent out my spare rooms.

The rooms have use of a bathroom with shower, and are furnished with a double bed, storage and a desk. I have broadband, and TV in the lounge. There is a small garden and a parking space at the back. There is storage for a bike in the garage.

On the estate there is a pub, an indian, a chippy and some shops. It is a fairly quiet place, with a few walks nearby. There is a bus to the city centre from the edge of the estate, and Tile Hill station is down the road.

I am willing to consider couples, but there will be a higher cost to the room.
