Double room to rent

My name is Carly and I have a reasonable sized double bedroom to rent in the Cheylesmore area. It is a ten minute walk to the train station and the Whitley office (for Jaguar Landrover employees) and there are some local shops and restaurants just two minutes away. At present the room is unfurnished but I am happy to furnish it if needed. There is use of a newly furnished kitchen, living room and bathroom and there is a good internet connection.

I am a 31 year old teacher so work quite long hours. I would like to make use of the holidays I get so am looking to make a little extra cash by renting the room and maybe even a new pal.

Preferably I would like to rent the room on a Monday - Friday basis but this is negotiable. Ideally I would like to share with another professional between the ages of 25 - 35. If you would like to view the property then please get in touch. Thanks
