Spacious Double Room Close To Cov Uni

I am a single mummy living with my one year old son. We are quite and tidy.

There are two very spacious rooms in this house. I am looking for a female house mate to share with me. The other room has a wardrobe, a big desk +chair, double bed, chest of drawers, and bedside drawers, free standing lamp and bedside lamp.

Very fast internet. TV with license. Central heating. Gas cooker.

The rent is 330 plus one third of the bills (I count my son as one adult to be fair) or 400 including bills.

St. George's road is a quiet and sage street. Many students from Coventry Uni are living on this street.

I have a lot of cooking ware to share: pressure cooker, soy milk maker, steamer, food processor, kettle and toaster. You can also use all my cutleries.
