I am a 28yr old professional and I am advertising 2 rooms in my property. They are both fully furnished.

There is a large kitchen/lounge which is excellent for socialising. When I was a student looking for a room I hated properties where there was no communal areas other than the kitchen!

I work full-time and am at the property mon-fri usually. I am a Warwick graduate who graduated in 2014. I welcome students and professionals.

Th housed is ready to move in from ASAP. Currently I am in the process of arranging broadband.
