One single en-suite room to rent. A spacious room with a desk, two chairs, a shelf, a wardrobe and a chest of draws. Bills are all included for £90 a week, this includes gas, electricity and internet. There is a large shared kitchen with a washer/dryer.
Visitors are allowed to stay.
It is situated 5 mins walk away from Pure Gym, Odeon, Ikea and Iceland. 5/10 mins walk from town, 15 mins from Coventry University and 15 mins from Railway Station. Nearest bus stop is 3 mins walk away.
