Double bedroom in house with 3 males aged 27-28

The room: Decent sized double bedroom

The house: Pool table room, a "Pub themed" room with old piano and "bar", relaxing lounge, kitchen with tumble dryer, 2 toilets (1 with a shower, 1 with a shower/bath). Every room is decently sized.

The housemates: We are 3 generally laid back 27 and 28 year olds who work. A lot of the time we keep ourselves to ourselves but we do watch the odd film together, listen to music, watch comedies, discuss stuff, have a laugh and occasionally drink and have a merry knees up.

We are looking for anyone who we could get on with ok.

1 important point is that we have to draw up another contract for an initial 6 month period, but after this it will be rolling.

Another important point is that one of us is looking to move to Somerset as soon as possible so after the 6 months we might move out at any point in time.
