Lovely 3 bed in CV1

A lovely three bed in CV1, two female students currently looking for a third housemate. Someone very tidy and friendly. We are going into our third year so either someone also going into their third year or a post grad, someone who will be considerate and respectful and again very friendly, this house is beautiful and the rent is very reasonable, our landlord is also a very nice person, the third person dropped out last min, hence the ad.
