Great dbl room in one the greatest areas of city

This ad is for a big double bedroom in a 5 bedroom house. Its in coundon, and a 2 minute walk to the Alvis retail park which has a massive Morrisons and a McDonald's. Its a 10 minute walk to uni and the city centre. The housemate are amazing, and everyone is really friendly! The landlord is probably one of the bat landlords I have come across in my uni life. He's completely hassle free and is extremely jolly and warm. The reason I am leaving is because I got a new job in Birmingham and I start from the 4th of may and my contract ends in June. I am looking for someone to take my room for the 2 months and the landlord has loads of properties in the same area, and is willing to extend the contract with the new person.
