It's located very close to the centre. It's a very easy walk to the train station, University, shopping centre and bus routes.

The room is furnished with loads of clothes storage, desk, chair, bed, carpeted floor (you will need you own bedding). Bathroom/toilet are a few steps away. Large kitchen.

Preferred: professional, final year, foreign or mature student (must be not adverse to pets: dog and cat). House is very clean.

Capacity: 2 females (1 available) and 2 male.
