The house has male tenants and is very clean and quiet.
We are looking for someone who wants to live in a respectful houseshare.

The house was refurbished 2 years ago.

Would Suit ideally a professional but we would consider a post graduate.

The current tenant is contracted until 3 April 2017, however he says he will be flexible to move out before if required.

Bus route 360 for Warwick University is right outside.
Buses to town centre and Coventry university also right outside.

Within yards it has a selection of newsagents, convenience stores, Chinese takeaway and a Tesco Express.
There are also 3 pubs very local!

We are looking for quiet and respectful tenants that is in keeping with the property.
