I have a double bedroom in a 3 bed house I have lived in for 2 years available for rent in Walsgrave, Coventry. I had a short-term tennant who has just moved out.
I'm female, 25 years old, working full-time. I have a 13 year old dog who is picked up 14: 00 every day I'm at work until I get home. I work shifts & weekends, so need someone respectful of this. I do also smoke, but only in the garden, or out the back door if it's raining!
