House is fully furnished and newly decorated, ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED as well as a cleaner, gardener and wifi. You pay only for use of washing machine, generally £1-2 per week.

Sharing with friendly, respectful, hard working but sociable young professionals, mostly new to area in first/second jobs, aged mid 20’s to early thirties. Young, working, clean and tidy professional required.

No agents, you deal directly with the managers who deal with any queries or problems promptly. The house is maintained and decorated to a very high standard.
