Furnished double room in a house.

The room is currently available for short stays weekly or monthly, or longer term rental.

It is a clean house in a quiet location of Coventry. Great road links and easy access to JLR, Coventry University Hospital, and City Centre.

Sharing the house with (myself)an easy going and adventurous person. I work mainly daytime, and spend some evenings out and about at the gym and with friends, but also like TV nights in.

My 'spareroom' is furnished with double bed, fitted large wardrobe, and drawers. It is a bright airy room.

The house has a fitted bathroom with a rain shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is fitted with all usual appliances.
I have Sky tv and broadband available with a standard aerial socket for the bedroom.

There is adequate parking at the rear of the property.

I have been renting my spare room for about 10 years now. My last shares have been with professionals from JLR ,& coventry Hospital.
I also accommodate Dr’s short term who are training on Attachments

Excellent greens space on your doorstep.

NB. I am mainly looking for Mon - Fri rentals
Although.. rental is flexible and depends upon term, length of predicted stay and the right person.
May consider full time for the right person.

I also have a dog who mainly lives with me, so patience getting to know her would be appreciated . However for short term it is possible for her to stay elsewhere if there is an issue .
