The room is £450/month which includes all bills (electric, WiFi etc), is fully furnished, has off road parking and also includes regular cleaning of shared spaces.
The house is situated no more than a 5 minute walk to Jaguar Land Rover Whitley, David Lloyd Gym and Asda. It has very quick access to the A46 & A45, Coventry, and Warwick and Leamington are about a 10/15 minute drive.
