Ideal walking distance for anyone from Jaguar Land Rover or Coventry university. The Warwick university is also just a short drive away.
The room is only for single occupancy and for a strictly non-smoking individual with no pets. It’s a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood and the room is available now for a responsible individual whom we can trust and would call it home. Female applicants preferred!
