Double furnished room available early January

I have a double room to rent, 15-20 minute walk from hospital. Built in wardrobe, double bed with bedding, drawer set and TV with Sky. Downstairs toilet, bathroom with a bath and shower. Shared communal areas.

I'm 26, a part-time mature student and have an elderly dog who lives here too. I do smoke, but only out the back door, or outside when the weather is nice.
Ideally I'd prefer to live with someone who is chilled, cleans up after themselves, and enjoys both socialising and their own space.
