1 double bedroom available from mid September 2020 in a very clean and tidy 3 bed student house. Coventry university is a maximum 5min walk away with local amenities/shops also within a few min walking distance. The living room is fully furnished with central heating throughout the house and a power shower installed in the bathroom. The rent includes water and internet bills only. Gas and electricity is shared.

This house will be ideal for a student looking for a quieter place to study/ live. It certainly won’t be a party house. This house preferred to be a female only house as the 2 girls who already live there would like the third bedroom to be taken up by a female student.
