My home is in a quiet cul-de-sac and in a convenient location to motorway connections and great shops, close to Arena in Holbrooks. Off road car parking at the back of the house

I am very laid back, easy to get along with and considerate. I like to laugh and have no dramas in my life! I am a homely person who likes pottering around the house and also enjoy baking and cooking.

I have been letting the room for many years off and on so used to sharing my home. I will do the cleaning of the house and your room and will change the bedding every week. Short term lets will be considered.

I am looking after my sons cat at the moment so would not suit anyone who is allergic
