The house is newly decorated throughout in a modern style with a large new kitchen extension, new carpets etc. I have internet, Sky TV and a log burner in the living room. There is always parking available on the street outside also.
I am a friendly 36 year old secondary school teacher with a busy social life so I'm often out for part of the week. The house is kept clean and tidy and is relaxed and quiet in the week.
Short term lets not an issue.
