Amazing Studio Flat All Bills Incl.

Hello,

I'm the current tenant and I was looking for someone who is in search of an amazing, new and clean studio flat. I am currently a student and I got offered a room in campus due to a cancellation of another student.

Now I am trying to find someone for my 10 month left in this studio flat. This place is a ground floor studio, with everything needed. Kitchen, spacious bathroom and we also have a washing machine and a dryer. The bed is new(only 2 weeks) and is a double bed. The neighbours are very quiet and the landlord is very helpful.

The price is 500£ for students. Non students need to pay the council tax. All the other bills are included, internet, gas, electricity, water and all. The heater is on 24/7 and you have always access to hot water.

The area is very quiet buses to central are taking 15min to 18min, the warwick university is only 15 -20 minutes walking distance. Tesco, Aldi and other shops are located nearby (7 mins walking distance)
