I am able to offer one of the three bedrooms in this attractive, well-equipped house. The house itself is located in Tile Hill in Coventry. There are pubs, takeaways etc within 100m and a large Sinsburys 10-15 minutes walk away. There are bus routes to the city centre/Cov Uni within 100m or the number 12 to Warwick uni a 10-15 walk away. Both Warwick uni and Canley railway station are a 30-40 minute walk or 10 minute cycle-ride away. The house itself is spotlessly clean, decorated to a very high standard and has a reasonable sized garden and garage. Couples are welcome, but will need to negotiate a slightly different rate due to wear and tear, electricity/gas consumption etc.
