Callice Court Unite Students classic room

En-suite room at Callice Court Unite Students Coventry University available immediately. The room is on the 5th floor of block C in a shared flat. This part of the building is very quiet and the flat mates are friendly and clean. The site is very close to the university and the staff at the complex are always very helpful and friendly. There are many layers of security at the complex as well as free wifi, a bike shed and laundrette facilities. Parking is extra to the rent however. Rent payments are not made weekly and will be sorted out by Unite Students staff, not myself. I am leaving the university and need to find a new tenant for the room.
