I am offering a home from home accommodation. I have been successfully renting to Warwick students for many years. The last we hosted for was a PhD student . at UHCW who was with us for over 4 years. Her room is now available.
I am offering a well lit ensuite double room with plenty of storage space. It has a large window, bringing plenty of natural light into the room. The room has a locking door.
I am a live in landlady, whose kids have grown up and moved out and so I have the spare rooms. This is ideal for the student or young working professional, who wants her own space, luxury comforts and a cultured environment. If you are looking for a home away from home then this is the one off, not offered anywhere else home for you. The house is located in the beautiful area of Stivichall, Theres a bus stop just a short walk away for Warwick Uni students. The City Centre and Coventry Train station are a 15min walk away. The beautiful Memorial Park is 2 minutes walk away.
The rent includes ALL bills, high speed internet and even food. We cook every day and you would be more than welcome to eat with us. Or if you prefer, you can cook your own food. There's plenty of space for you to store your food and groceries, But, you would be making big savings on your food bill if you chose to eat with us in the evenings, Mediterranean cuisine and eating healthy meals in the process. The living environment is a happy one.
We are very hospitable and sociable people with many years of experience letting to UK , International students and working professionals. The students range from undergrad, Masters, MBA and PhD.. It's been an amazing experience for all and we have given the girls plenty of support during their time with us. We have amazing references. At the moment we are hosting a Warwick University medical student
