Spacious, fully furnished double room with plenty of storage in a very nice cv3 area. University is 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes bus/bicycle ride. Close to A46 and Jauguar. The house is currently occupied by 2 working-students and 1 professional; a couple and a single girl. Bicycle storage and parking space for a car available. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, microwave, kettle, fryer, toaster blender, bread maker, tumble dryer and all white goods. All bills included in the price, we consider short and long term lets as well. No agency fees, very low deposit. You must be OK with having a lovely french bulldog around! Current tenants are very quiet therefore would prefer similarly quiet housemate.
