Great location near university of Warwick, short walk to canley station, bus to town 10 minutes.

The double room is spacious with wardrobe, draws and a desk(can remove on request).

Downstairs there is a large kitchen with breakfast bar and plenty of cupboard space, washing machine and tumble drier The front room has 2 large sofas and tv. There is also a heated conservatory behind the kitchen which is equipped with a sofa and TV. This house has the benefit of a downstairs loo, great if someone is in the bath.
I don't mind if you are a smoker but you will need to go outside, no smoking in the house please.
There is a nice garden, I will cut the grass etc
