Double room available - Female only

We have a ground floor double bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house with 3 other girls. There is 1 shared bathroom that is kept clean and the tenant should also be clean and reliable. The room costs £92 a week and bills (gas, electric, water, tv licence and wifi) cost around and extra £15 a month. When moving in, 3 months rent will need to be paid to the landlord as the previous tenant is moving out. Please contact if interested.
