Please note that this is available for full-time students only. The rent is at £176. It is available from early July until the end of August.

The studio has a en suite bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen (combi-oven, electric hob, toaster, rice cooker and all pots and pans, glasses and cups, cutlery, etc.) Includes access to a gym with a table tennis, steam bath, rowing machine, cross-trainer, etc. There is also parking space for cars/bikes.

A weekly house-keeping keeps the studio very clean and changes bedding and towels.

It is very warm/air-conditioned and new. There is a lot of storage space and also access to common areas for group work, gaming, TV, etc.

It is located in the centre of Coventry (post code CV1 1GU), close to shops and everything. Bus to the University of Warwick takes 20-30 minutes depending on traffic, the bus station is very close.
