I am a female software engineer work locally. I hardly stay in the house as I am at work most time . Also I go to the gym everyday and back home late so it's very private as you own place. There is another one female PhD student from Warwick university, she is a very lovely young lady. She is very busy for her final year PhD so the house is very quiet and private.

I only cook once a week and I have a shower both morning and evening at the gym so the kitchen and bathroom are really shared with only 2 tenants.
