The flat is ideally located just a 5 minute walk to Old Hill train station where there are direct trains of 20 minutes east to Birmingham City Centre and west to Stourbridge, Kidderminster and Worcester. There are bus routes to all local towns within a few hundred yards (Halesowen, Blackheath, Merry Hill Shopping Centre etc.). Haden Hill Park and Woods and Haden Hill Leisure Centre Swimming pool and gym are a couple of minutes walk away.

The landlords are a quiet couple in their 60s who live on the first floor of the house with their small well behaved dog.
