The Doctors surgery is a 5 minutes walk away and the train station a 10 minutes walk away. The room comes complete with a bed and bedding, chest of drawers and walk in wardrobe. Please feel free to add furnishings and accessories as you wish!! You will have access to the kitchen and all appliances, the bathroom will be shared as well as the living room should you want to use it. I expect any potential lodgers to upkeep the cleanliness of the home and tidy up after themselves.
