Large Loft Room available for MON-FRI

We have a lovely, large and airy loft room available in our recently renovated Victorian terrace. There is a large desk, television, wi-fi, and double bed in the room, and we have two bathrooms in the house, so the lodger could have almost exclusive use of the upstairs one. There is a parking space to the rear of the property, and the lodger would be welcome to use our laundry facilities. We are a married couple whose children have left home, and we are looking for a professional person who needs a base during the working week. We have a friendly Chocolate Labrador.

We are about 5-10 minutes from Junction 3 of the M5, and a 17 minute walk from Cradley Heath railway station, which offers a direct route into Birmingham (21minutes) and London Marylebone. There are numerous supermarkets within a one or two mile radius, and the local leisure centre is a ten minute walk. We live close to a large park and nature reserve.
