Perfect for people starting out, short-term leases, or mature or postgraduate students, especially overseas, as the house is fully furnished including, towels, bed linen, duvets, everything you need for a fully functioning household. All you need is yourself and your disposables.

The bedrooms are double rooms, fully furnished with double beds, sets of drawers and wardrobes. The house has a very big back garden, great if you like to garden, grow veg, just relax, BBQ or have a garden party. Masses of shed space, should you wish to store things, such as a bike. It has two living rooms, which is great if you want some privacy, but don't want to stay up in your room. The through kitchen is very big, with lots of worktop space, great if you like to cook. I also have most cooking gadgets, which you are welcome to use. There is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, both of which are economically friendly.

There is plenty of space to park your car on the road, good public transport links to Wednesbury, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Birmingham and other surrounding areas. It is less than two minutes drive from the motorway. Plenty of local shops nearby and within five minutes walk from two supermarkets.

I also own two cats.

Live in landlord, so any problems you can just ask me rather than having to wait. All I ask for in return is that you pay your rent on time, are easy to live and get on with and contribute to your share of the housework, as that is the only bill that is not included.
