Hi all,

Due to financial reasons, I won't be able to afford my private accommodation this year for university. Therefore I am trying to find a new tenant to take over for me. Even if you are not interested, please may you share this with anyone you think may be interested.

3 Bedroom apartment in the center of Birmingham, near the Bullring and within walking distance of both Aston University and Birmingham City University. The two other students (friends of mine) are very pleasant and hopefully will make good roommates :)

The room is £100 per week, not including bills, and is a 52-week contract starting from July 2020. Therefore, by the time the contract is transferred you won't have to pay for the full 12 months.
