Large double in penthouse apartment

I'm letting out the master bedroom in large Digbeth apartment, tastefully furnished and with very large terrace with skyline view. I am moving to Spain and will only be back at the apartment once a month for up to a week so the apartment will just be for the new tenant the majority of the time.

There are two parking spaces in secure car park.

All bills (inc high speed broadband) included.

One month's rent as deposit.
